Services

At FamilyReunited Initiative, we serve families recently reunified (up to 12 months post reunification) as well as families working with the Family Youth and Children’s Services Preservation Unit, currently engaged in the hard work of staying together. We are committed to:

  • Supporting your journey to success

  • Providing resources for basic needs

  • One-time, emergency assistance with utility payments and gift cards for groceries

  • Facilitating applications for WIC and other available resources

  • Helping parents reconnect, strengthen bonds, and find joy with their children

Once the social workers have left and your kids are back home, what's next? We're here to assist with immediate needs such as bus passes, things for your home, or activities to help you reconnect as a family. We'll listen to your concerns and guide you in finding resources to rebuild your family on a stable foundation.

Family & Community Engagement

Navigating a complicated and ever-changing system while simultaneously fighting to keep your family together can feel overwhelming. We are here to connect you with the agencies, professionals, and resources you need to more confidently navigate a challenging journey.
